The synthesis of the NAC: an agriculture land and a construction land frozen by the CARA last week

An agriculture land and a construction land, estimated at about two million lei, are the assets frozen by the Criminal Assets Recovery Agency (CARA) under the NAC, based on the delegations of the prosecutors, last week.

·        The Analytical Directorate completed 6 operational analyses, other 6 strategic analyses are under procedure.

·        The Legislation Directorate drew up 17 anticorruption expertise reports, transmitted 11 opinions, other 27 draft normative acts are to be expertized.

·        1225 materials were registered in the Chancellery of the center.

·        68 telephone calls were received at the National Anticorruption Hotline.

·        The Anticorruption Education Directorate of the NAC carried out 3 activities of informing and raising awareness about the risks and consequences of corruption involvement.

·        98 criminal records were issued.

·        14 persons were detained in the NAC Detention Center, subsequently being changed into preventive measure.
